- Will be responsible for pastry department management and duties, cooperating with the sales and marketing team. - Support the head chef
1. Manufacturing management Manufacturing scheduling, cost control, inventory management, personnel management, QC management. operation analysis reports at monthly meetings, 2. pastry production produce cakes following the manufacturing schedule, oversee and instruct staff work. 3. Product development Develop new product following the head chef’s instructions. Attend tasting events. |
