Salary

15 million – 20 million

-        Probation 2 months

-        Evaluation 2 times per year

-        Year-end bonus

Working hour

6:30-15:00

Break 30 minutes, 1.5 day off per week

Qualification

1. 4 years’ experience as pastry chef, experienced in R&D    

2. 3 years’ experience as a manager in F&B industry

JD Detail

-        Will be responsible for pastry department management and duties, cooperating with the sales and marketing team.

-        Support the head chef

1.     Manufacturing management

Manufacturing scheduling, cost control, inventory management, 

personnel management, QC management. operation analysis reports at monthly meetings,

2.     pastry production

produce cakes following the manufacturing schedule, oversee and instruct staff work.

3.     Product development

Develop new product following the head chef’s instructions. Attend tasting events.
